From illness to wellness

My Life as a person ...

I was born on 26 November 1939, and have lived in the then three provinces: The Transvaal, Cape Province and finally Natal Province [now KwaZulu Natal].

Having an enquiring mind and needing to know the meaning of life, what the purpose and question why are we here?
– I have travelled extensively, Lectured on many subjects around the world. I have studied in depth: Art, Music, Traded Futures Stock market with cosmobiological trend-lines, Genomics - Genetics [Gknowmix], Cosmobiology, [Greek medicine, Unani medicine,] Anthroposophical medicine, Pharmacology, Homoeopathy, Homotoxicology, Biopuncture, Isotherapy with the antigen/antibody relationship.

I have never followed the herd and for this reason I have a different slant on everything I undertake. I always need to know how and why others would tackle a situation, and then I proceed to tweak or alter the concept to get the relevant answers that I feel comfortable with, although I have always followed the rules. One may equate my life to the song: “I did it my way”

My Role as a Diagnostic Doctor of Homoeopathy

My role is to consult with the patient. Record a case history of passed illnesses, medications scripted and past and present symptoms, I will consider previous documents and tests. According to my deductions, I physically examine the patient and If need be, I request further tests i.e. Pathological, X-rays MRI/CAT scans etc. Once these processes have been completed, I, finally, diagnose and prescribe homoeopathic medication. If I feel that the patient needs to be referred to a specialist in a specific discipline - I will refer to a specialist, with the consent of the patient.

My thoughts, regarding health

Why could we experience ill health. Our first consideration should be life. We are born, move through many years of life and eventually die. This is a fact! Within these many years of existence, we should consider our path and where it is going to take us.
It is important to remember that during our life time "each cycle of the tide is valid; each cycle of the wave is valid; each cycle of a relationship is valid." We must try to accept, maybe even appreciate, it all!

We delight in the beauty of the butterfly, but rarely admit the changes it has gone through to achieve that beauty. Born out of the caterpillar in the chrysalis, butterflies were a symbol of rebirth regeneration and happiness. If we equate our life to a butterfly. The butterfly passes through four stages of life from birth to death. The life cycle of the butterfly – “Metamorphosis”

We, therefore, must ensure these four stages maintain a balance between our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual being.

Our Physical body – which is made up of organs, systems, tissues and cells.

Our Emotional body – made up of emotions, feelings, joy, desires, fears and anxieties. In this field it is our reaction to things, to people, to situations – things that cause happiness, distress or suppression.

Our Mental body – our mind, thoughts and memory. Our conscious or unconscious being. It is the nerve center of the body and it ensures various functions to be performed

Our Spiritual body – our psyche or soul. Socrates, Plato considered the psyche to be the 'essence' of a person, being that, which decides how we behave.

If we ignore one or more of these stages - there coud be an imbalance to our “being” and will eventually cause ill-health. It is only by recognizing and dealing with each part of the whole, that we can maintain and ensure good health.

“Just when the caterpillar thought the world was over - it became a Butterfly”
